How much does AugI cost?
Our introductory pricing is $5.00 per month or $50.00 per year. We are using AI services from major AI providers like Microsoft. We want to keep costs low, but will also need to make sure pricing allows us to provide you with the best AI experience. We may end up with a standard rate of $10.00 per month or $100.00 per year.

What happens to my information after my access expires?
We do not purge your information if your access expires. In fact, we allow you to continue saving facts and journals even if you are past your expiration date. You must re-activate your subscription to the service to have the ability to query your information.

How do I save information to AugI?
You can save information using the web application, or you can use your smart home devices like Alexa or Facebook. Any submission to AugI that starts with "save" or "journal" is saved to your private repository. There are keywords that trigger an inquery, words like ask, when, who, and where, list, summarize.

How do I ask AugI a question?
AugI is designed to understand natural language. You can ask AugI a question using any of the platforms we support. For example, you can say "When did I have a flu shot?" or "Who is my dentist?". AugI will respond with the information you have saved.

How do I connect AugI to my smart home devices?
Using the web-application, select the "Connect" menu, and follow the instructions for the platform you would like to connect to your AugI account.

How do I delete information from AugI?
You can update information in AugI using the web application. During a logged in session you will see a set of tabs below the chat window. Select "Fact/Journal Entries". You can filter the saved entries by date and/or entry type [facts, journal]. Clicking on the "retrieve" button will return a table of qualifying entries. Each entry has an option for edit and delete.

How do I update information in AugI?

How do I get help with AugI?
You can get help with AugI by using the web application or by using the voice commands on your smart home device. For example, you can say "help all" to get a list of help topics. How do I cancel my subscription to AugI?
You may receive a refund on your remaining months of access by emailing augi.support@sauftware.com. Only complete months will be refunded. For example, If you have 7 weeks of remaining access, only one month will be refunded and you will retain access for the remainder of the time.

Who can see my information?
All saved information is stored in an encrypted format that prevents reading by unauthorized actors. Additionally we only support communication platforms that support HTTPS secure transmission of data. If your communications platform account becomes compromised, your Ask-AugI repository may be compromised as well. We discourage storing any security information (passwords or secrets) in the Ask-AugI repository. In general we suggest that you only save information in Ask-AugI that you would leave in-sight in you living area where you allow guests.

Can I export my saved information?
Yes, you can. Below the chat window on the home page select the "Facts/Journal" tab. Set the desired filter options, then click on the "Export to CSV". Your downloaded file is best viewed using Excel.

Will AugI store scheduled events and provide reminders?
You can use AugI to store your appointments, so you can ask about them later, but you will need to use your calendar application to set reminders. We are considering adding an interface to callendar applications in the future.

What if I misspelled words in my journal entry?
AugI saves your entries exactly as you provide them. When you run queries, AugI is able to connect most misspellings in either the query or the saved entry to the corrected spelling, significantly improving search results.

Is AugI accurate?
Like a human assistant, AugI can be less than accurate at times. AI in general uses probabilies that an answer is accurate, and AugI returns the highest ranking response from the AI engine. Sometimes that can be, I don't have enough information or something that is a little off base.
